Arthur, I must admit to not following AMES lately. The last few times I have been in their stores I had the feeling they were on a path like Caldor and Bradlee. The stores I went in have employees that are useless and encourage shoppers to leave as soon as possible. While the filings show increased inventory, I couldn't find items in my size (common sized). The employees don't know what's in their store and where the items are located. I think there are very good reasons to short AMES, WMT it's not! IMO Ames model is failing, my perception.
