heinz: OF COURSE we CAN use the Surplus to pay for more
Social Security spending.
After all that IS the Clinton/Gore Democratic election agenda.
This will have several beneficial effects on maintaining Democrats
tax and spend philosophy growing:

*The main one being that we don't have to cut spending.
*we get a false reassurance that the debt is coming down. ( it will not if economy/Naz cool and
surplus/tax receipts fall,

TA, LOL! how 'bout using the 'surplus'.

i read on bloomberg that PPI was unchanged due to 'lower energy costs' - what are these guys at BLS smoking?

anybody still doubting they cook the numbers, hmm?
