JRI, I promise you that I am not Bambs. I never said I was 18 or naive about life. I am naive about investing and want to learn more. That is why I lurk and post on this thread. I have more confidence in my ability to discuss things that I am familiar with, aren't we all? I guess I did come across as a complete idiot yesterday. Why is is it so hard to believe that I might really enjoy Bambs's posts? He makes good points and takes a lot of critisism very well. A lot of bears that post here are just jerks. I will return to lurking. Thanks to all for the words of encouragement and advice. rs

I think my answer to Rachel Smith speaks for itself. I thought she was someone joking around trying to pull my leg. I don't believe that she has read my posts and could seriously ask me the questioned she did. Any idiot would know what my opinion would be as far as getting a loan to buy into this market. I answered her post mainly because I wouldn't want any thread readers to consider a equity loan on their home to enter this market. I figured that one of you longs was just playing around with me.
