You used the PS2 as an example of non American innovation. I pointed out it was a bad example because its performance is down to Rambus and Intel developed technology.

It is quite absurd to say that Sony stole the PS2 technology from Intel. Americans eat fish. Did they steal that from the Japanese?

The Emotion engine in PS2 was developed by Toshiba, and bears almost no resemblance to Intel microprocessors. The graphics technology in PS2 is proprietary, and far exceeds the quality of anything developed by Intel.

AMD were given the right to use microcode developed by Intel after US govt intervention.

The only commonality between AMD and Intel microprocessors these days is the instruction set. Originally, Intel second sourced manufacturing through AMD to increase support for their platform. It had nothing to do with the government.

I made the Yahoo suggestion because your post was ridiculous.
