I think you have to look at the quality and quantity of the hedgers mining properties. At one extreme you might have a company with its main property in a trouble spot of some kind - trouble of any kind - on the other hand you have a company with many mines - if one can't deliver then there are others to take up the slack. Even if thse companies were unhedged you'd have the same potential problem with delivery - not the same problem - but a risk all the same. BTW I haven't seen you over at PGD - are you still a holder?
