I wouldn't expect the guy in the mail room to understand ASP or how Metaframe works. While I understand your intention in the statement, it does seem a bit unrealistic given the nature of the high tech industry nowdays. If a company is hiring MBAs and computer wizards to work in the mail room, there's an even bigger problem.

I've been looking of an opportunity to get back in to CTXS, but this volume surge over the past two days says there's more to this than the little guys like us will get to know until it's too late. Not sure I'm willing to chance this one right now.

I agree. this is the second time CTXS has not explained thier DSO problem satisfactorily. I suspect they are hiding something. I sold half my position. I lost 3K. But I only trust this company half as much now.

What you are inferring here is that there is only one guy in the company that can
adequately explain the companies products and strategy. If that is the case, I think you
should seriously reconsider owning the stock at all.
.

Grace,
I see that someone answered for me. I would just add that in a perfect world you might be right, however, having owned this company for sometime I am very familiar with how MM's and short sellers can move the stock. Companies are priced in tech based on their potential earnings growth. The CFO is the one they look to for this data. The fact is that, if you know the history of the company, you could reasonable predict that a no show of the CFO would cause a sell off. It is no big deal perhaps to you, but to anyone who bought in above $100 on margin it might be a disaster and one that management could have prevented. IMHO
