SAIC will resell Sequoia's XML Portal Server (XPS) in conjunction with its own PersistencX and KnowledgeBoard(TM) XML-based technologies, offering customers interactive e-business portals as part of a total technology solution.

SAIC will resell XPS to its clients as well as provide technology expertise and guidance to customers purchasing XPS directly from Sequoia. SAIC will also have full access to Sequoia's XPS software development kit (SDK) and will use it in conjunction with its own XML-based technologies to deliver customized solutions for customers in many industries, including utilities, financial services, transportation and telecommunications.

Sequoia's XML Portal Server is an application used to create interactive e-business portals. XPS uses Extensible Markup Language (XML) to aggregate structured and unstructured data gathered from applications and sources within and beyond the enterprise.
