Daniel; I, and many others, have a hard time trusting a company that provides selective disclosure as eds did to ML and others. You will note that the stock started to drop wednesday. Another large drop yesterday and finally today public disclosure after private selective disclosure was made wednesday and thursday. Lawsuits are coming!! This behaviour from eds is disgusting. No different than what happened at cpq a little over a year ago. As you may know cpq stock took a drubbing, ceo and cfo were canned and class action lawsuits followed. Worse than that though the stock languished and has gone nowhere since. Expect the same with eds!
