I should have checked the math before reporting. I don't know which is wrong, the 40% share or the $3.5 billion (or maybe both). I can't recall seeing any other figures on the size of the "application management software" market. Another reason not to take the article too seriously is the comments about ASP. Nevertheless I thought the thread might be interested. This is fairly typical reporting about CTXS. The media people are too lazy to properly investigate anything with any degree of complexity. FUD is standard for CTXS.
