The biotechs are exploding again. They led the last leg of the NAZDAQ rally. The fact that the mist speculative sector is picking up indicates that we might have a nice bull run.
The leading stocks have come of 30 to 40 % of their lows and
seem unwilling to give back their gains which migh indicate that this rally might have legs after all.
