Hi Ken,

I think the Russell is displaying leadership strength.It's close over 520 has popped up over resistance.

In checking it out with a trade envelope channel it's close at 523 is right on the upper limit. I would expect it to drop next weak to the median line and then recover with a higher high late next week.

I've been thinking the next market rally would best be displayed in the Russell and it looks good.
