>>mc donald's having problem with same store sales<<

sa-mule,

That is not surprising. I have a true story about a McDonalds that I visited the other day. First of all I usually avoid fast food like the plague, but I had been tied up at work well past lunch, and needed to grab something quick, so I thought , pick up a "mcsalad" or something. Anyway, I actually went inside since there were more cars in the drive through and the parking lot was virtually empty. While I was standing at the counter, I noticed a sign posted over the ice machine that said "Attention crew! Please do not leave ice scoop on the floor."

I kid you not.

That is a direct result imo of the labor shortage. It's bad enough that apparently the crew would knock the ice scoop on the floor and leave it, but can you imagine a manager being so stupid as to actually post a sign like that in full view of customers? Or like duh, maybe attach some type of "holder" for the ice scoop to prevent it from falling on the floor in the first place.

The fast food industry is truly scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to employment.

Avoid them.
