Mike--The voucher is transferable. It's as good as cash. Re-read the first paragraph of the press release. :o)

Also, thanks for the GSTRF post. Valuable information and insights. btw and fwiw, I'm slightly less concerned over the liquidity issue today than I was yesterday, due to a couple of PM's I received. I can believe that there are sufficient investors "in the know" ready to step in if the opportunity arises.

I wonder if that Auction Discount Voucher is transferable? Would be a nice bone to throw a vendor caught in the crossfire of the CDMA/GSM holy wars. AM

I was thinking Nextwave, actually... but are they still a CDMA licensee? Or haven't they morphed into a fixed-broadband-for-business entity?
