Tom, I don't know Monmouth, but I have a softspot for United Mobile Homes. This company is doing well right now and paying a high yield (though the fact that the yield is higher than the eps is bothersome, even in REITs, where it happens frequently), but it could take off when the fit hits the shan on this fake-o economy. I know that their communities are fairly nice and hardly "trailer parks," but they will still represent a more affordable housing opportunity for the bulls who do not lose all their money in the crash.
