"Havana says there are no reprisals for repatriated boat- people."

I hear otherwise, from people whose word i have no reason to doubt [i.e. not from the ex-cubano Miami 'leadership'] ... as a person of prominence who tried to get out and thusly embarrassed Castro, this guy will be persecuted, ostracised ... imho, on these face of these details provided, he is definitely a candidate for political asylum, and since he is an adult asking for himself, i would want my countries to accept him, unless a reason not to turned up .... are they given no choice of leaving for a third country? ... if so, that's wrong, imho ... both Canada and M‚xico would accept him, i think.
