Eric L: As some of you probably know "The United States of Brazil" sometimes takes some joy in making things a bit difficult for its close namessake "The United States of America". The Brazilian bureaucracy is one of the most highly paid (and qualified) in the world, and takes great pride in Brazilian independence - particularly in technology.

Will be very interesting to see how spectrum decision turns out. But I would suggest to you that regardless of that, Latin America will be strong CDMA territory throughout - and Brazil will not be an exception to that.

Best.
