The problem is that the political parties have become so polarized, and most of the country is not represented by either of them. Unfortunately for the Republican party, the inane Limbaugh-ites that infest this thread are actually representative of the party as a whole these days, while Gore may as well be from another planet for all he's representative of the United States. Terrible situation.
