JAT,,, I'm in the "Econimic Armpit of the East" as I refer to it. WNY... (Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, NY areas )....we're dying a slow death here....been this way for 15+ years and don't see much light at the end of the tunnel. On the bright side we've got some of the best schools in the nation...but just don't plan on having your kids stay local when they graduate. Dupont just layed off 400 more in Niagara Falls..Gambling and Hoo's might save Niagara Falls next Century. LOLOL....NF is the saddest place you've ever seen dude...down hill big time. The Canadian side is much much better....ask Pat. It took me almost 3 months to sell my house for less than I paid for it 7 years ago....so don't tell me about the booming econ around here......it's booming everywhere else but here pal....so you see this is why I play the stock market <GGGG>>>..pays much better!!! ps..I know, NC, Austin, DC, Va are booming...you don't have to tell me...tell Hilary to fix my area just like she's promising...LOLOLO! enjoy the weekend!!
