Paul, yes. It is a break up analysis. They have newspapers, TV stations, and some other publishing concerns.They've got a pretty formidable WWW presence as well.

But they also have these two Cable networks that not only are growing rapidly, but also are just turning profitable. It is these cable networks, which are not contributing to GAAP earnings in a meaningful way, that is the gem, and makes the sum of the parts worth far more than the whole.
