SI changed policy again and made it free to join, at least they did last time I looked. You aren't supposed to have two accounts, but I don't know what would happen if you closed one and opened another. I don't think SI even knows my real name, I don't think they even asked for it when I joined. Not really sure, it was a couple of years ago.

Whoops, they changed again, now you have to open a NDB brokerage account. It was totally free a couple of weeks ago.

I have NO idea. Ebill informs me this was not Christine (which was who I was talking about) but someone named Lawdog- who HE was talking about. I don't know and don't care who this person is- they seem perfectly nice so far- and if they are NOT lawdog I'd say SOME people owe this person an apology.

So I don't know why CGB would want another alias, I don't care about the issue at all really, and I don't wish to speculate about it anymore.
