You are supposed to roast it in the oven, as I described....Oh well, we started happily enough, with art and poetry. I should start thinking about dinner, so if I disappear suddenly, it means I have become decisive. My wife is away on business, and my son is asleep on the couch, or I would have settled the matter by now.......

I had a friend who lived in duck hunter's Heaven. A simple guy. Used bailing twine for a belt. Worth about 2 million bucks. Every duck he shot he plucked and marinated or aged. He usually had 5 hours into preparation. He lived for duck dinners.
