CNBC interview with Jorma Ollila and Walter Piecyk

I did not follow the statements of Mr Ollila but Walter was very clear. Nok way behind in CDMA. Must make a deal with someone for CDMA chips. Maria wanted to know what he thought of her fancy NOK phone. Why, Maria, that is a real POS, just for the fashion conscious, no businessman would have that. They would want a xxxx or xxxx. ( did not catch the model numbers). NOK CDMA phones are poor performers and have not been accepted by Sprint and Verizon(?) not sure yet. If NOK gets a large order for CDMA phones, they will have problems.

From my memory, did not get to tape it. Go Walter!!

it would seem a moot point
My online IRA (scottsdale) printed a warning when I made my first stock sale about wash sales. I was wondering if that was just a boilerplate message, or if there was a reason to worry even though the account is tax deferred. Hasn't yet been a problem since the only things I sold at a loss, I no longer wanted to own then or within 30 days.
