I think Pangea has basically indicated they looking for a takeover, and the frequency of news releases over the past few months has been pretty good. With so many programs going on, it would take about 5 news releases just to update each one, another 5 to give the latest drill results, a couple more to announce some more land staking, a few more to announce more financings for other institutions that still want in, .......etc. Now if we get a news release of an offer from whoever, or they are in talks with an offer from whoever, well might have to cut down a forest of trees and build a new pulp and paper mill to print all the stuff, lol. Then again, there is the Internet, so guess as long as there is the band width we're hokay, lol.

Pagea has built a package that will appeal to majors - but it can't just wait - it has to build value internally which the market will have to recognise - as it is beginning to do already.

Re: the financing - one has to assume that Barrick will be taking down the percentage to which it is entitled - approx 4.3% - it would be interesting to know whether Loewen/Walwyn have placed any of the rest of the $9.9 million with another major or majors? For the investor it would seem a no-lose proposition - with at least a double likely.
