Naw, they are reaming you for gas in Chicago.

Dunno what it is in L.A., but it's always cheaper there than in San Diego. I just filled-up with premium for I think somewhere around $1.90. So, I'd guess that regular in L.A. is around $1.60.

We've had the kind of low-emission gas they have now in Chigago for years. Can't fool us any more. This is just regional opportunism.

LA gas prices 149-179 (regular to premium). Two months ago pridces here in LA were 20 cents higher until there was public protest.

Reportedly much higher in the midwest now for some reason. California converted over to low-emissions fuel years ago. I think midwest gas deals are gouging consumers there now maybe as an anti-environmental statement, or just because they can. Ripoff IMHO.

As a result of this everyone is driving a little less if they can adn high gas mileage cars are selling brisking as opposed to the big SUV's.
