Excellent thread you have here, excellent call on MSTR on Friday. Jim, your site is excellent, full of useful info.

I believe the poster was referring to what type of scan do you use to scan for the ROC's which I believe stands for Rate of Change?.

Your point is well taken regarding Peter and Don's time frame. Nevertheless, I believe the tool that they have put in our hands can ferret out some interesting short term moves also.
