Well Jim, it's a cloudy picture, wouldn't you say? The whole B to C thing has cooled. Prospects for a startup to be able to sustain losses over an extended time horizon, is dimming. Bricks and mortar guys are getting their acts together and have leverage in their assets to help overcome their foibles. These guys have tied up some very nice distribution rights. The only questions now are, will anybody be able to find them, be enticed to stay long enough to complete a transaction and have a good enough experience in the meantime to want to repeat it, often. I'm happy with my entry point, willing to give them through the Christmas season. I pray to God that they have their act well together: marcom, merchandizing, financial mgmt, and customer service. A rabid focus on business development leading to substantial merger, acquisition and partnership would also make me feel better. I think it's a hold leaning to a soft buy.
