Robert actually ASKED Zeev if he thought the Naz would hit 3400 before 3900 while it was at 3870 - I replied that it is absurd for ANYONE (yes, even Zeev) to make such a prediction if taken literally (which I believe was the intent).

I will take that bet any time (and 95 times out of 100 I will win).
