Missing out on an approved 10sb. LOL, I mean roaring laughing out loud. That approved 10SB packed the wallop of a flea fart, probably because it became a major major embarassment after it had to be submitted 7 times over an 8 or 9 month period and the numbers kept changing around. That 10SB is absolutely nothing to be proud of. I do not provide specific forecasts on things like earnings except to say that they should be very positive. That's my point Frank. ZSUN would have to double Q1 the remaining three quarters, and Q1 was a double of last year, and even then it would still be at a 40p/e. Seems very very very very unlikely. Now what if thy only match Q1 since the demand for training seminars has likely fallen with the daily Naz volume(the same way posts to message boards have). Well that would mean 24 cents worth of earnings, minus 24 cents of goodwill, oooopps ZERO EARNINGS. Again, if they continue on a pace that's double last year, they make no money thanks to the price paid for OIA. CMB
