<<The crows in the city near my mom's place like to go down and get chicken bones over at a nearby fast food restaurant and then carry them back to the park to dine. If you walk under almost any tree in the park, there are dozens of bones in the grass... ones that the crows have dropped after they're finished with them...>> A chicken graveyard. I wonder if they hold it scared. Lots of birds this year although with the early dryness we didn't have the teal or the herons in our ditch. I hope this fall to see another woodcock migration.
