Hi KB, you might be interested in knowing that there is discussion taking place on the Coluccio thread (url below) for the better part of the past week that has to do with the subject of powering fiber-supported lifeline telephony during power outages. Subject 34780 And the authors no doubt are for the most part correct cocerning where capex's should take place, but I can't help thinking that they are in some way sucking up to their largest potential buyers, the incumbents, who might ordinarily dismiss this paradigm entirely, but who might find this as a germ that someone subliminarlly stuck in their ear... ;-)
