Hmmm, is this the same Jackson who recently suggested to the DOJ that they propose breaking MSFT into three parts instead of two? To put it in the kindest light, he seems to have some short term memory problems, perhaps related to his inability to remain awake during court proceedings. Either that, or he enjoys being "uncomfortable".

Jackson rebuffed suggestions from Microsoft defenders that he has sided with the government because he is biased or out to get the company: "Believe me, I have no grudge against Microsoft. (Before the case) I knew nothing about them really, other than the fact that they built the software used on my computer."



And this is the person responsible for making a decision such as this? Utterly incredible! It's akin to a doctor who doesn't know the first thing about open-heart surgery, but tries it anyway.
