Unless you have a 'wireless modem' (like from Omnisky) you won't be able to use the Silicon Investor web clipping app.

But all is not lost. If you have a normal modem for your handspring, you should be able to browse sites (like SI) with it. Check out handspring.com

Also, you might get some good use out of using Avantgo. avantgo.com. This service allows you to download many html pages to your desktop and then, when you synch, you get those pages installed on your palm/visor for viewing offline. I have used Avantgo and I like it.

Several people have used avantgo to browse SI offline with success. I haven't tried, so I can't vouch for this.

As Bryan B (managing director of SI) has pointed out, SI is commited to making our services available on a wide variety of platforms and devices, so stay tuned for other offerings in this vein from SI.
