I tend to agree with you on this issue. I expect AMD to peak in the mid to high 100's, because at some point INTC's Willamette/RMBS bet, together with more ruthless pricing at the low end due to the movement to .13 micron manufacturing, should start to impact AMD's margins. Any thoughts on the best time to sell AMD?

Thanks very much for your comments. I've been picking up a few January puts, somewhat nervously. To some degree, I treat them as a hedge against another NAZ pull back.

If it does break $100, I think it has a chance of testing its support at $80, or even $60. That $60 level was established less than a year ago, and Intel's sales growth has been declining since then.

I think this fall will be very interesting for spectators in the semiconductor wars. AMD's winning streak can't go on forever, either.
