Look at the delays, site outages and DOS attacks we already deal with on the Web. If an E-Commerce site goes down for a few hours, life will go on. It already does.

We aren't talking about ICU cardiac machines here. Anyway, sounds like a good reason to invest in the electricity brokers like AES on top of the best tech stocks.
