Investing in this stock now provides you with the opportunity to get in at rock bottom prices. Yes, they have burned a lot of cash, but this company has always had a good product and sales increased 79% quarter over quarter. Something seems to be in the wind as far as a buyout is concerned and the signs are written all over the volume charts for the past week. When the news that is out there, whatever it is, hits the wires it will be too late to buy under 8 that is for sure. What do you think the least amount of money this company would take in a buyout is? Finally, there is an old Korean proverb someone I once knew from Korea told me....in any case, Korea is a nice place even if the proverb slips my mind!!!

Duker,

Since you are someone whose opinion I greatly respect, I wonder why you say "Currently, I am less than sanguine about the SemiCap cycle. > There is growing evidence that even at today's order rate, supply will not be filled for some time. Fabs are running at 99% of capacity. Shortages are across the board.....DRAM, SRAM, Flash etc. Are you taking your position because by nature you are conservative or is there something you see that you do not like? Or do you simply feel we are at the crest and the cycle is nearly through?

As always, I look forward to hearing what you have to say.

Regards,

Brian
