Jeez, Jerry, you're sort of reaching for citations if you're down to talkback on zdnet. Lots of flamage there, needless to say, not the first place I'd go looking for persuasive legal commentary.

I couldn't even find the one you cited, not that it matters. You should try the NYT Microsoft forum, last time I looked it seemed like a pure libertarian hangout.
