Yes, i was aware of broadwings interest.

But seems to me that when company A owns equity in company B that is valued at 3x company A's valuation there is money to be made.

Two things will happen: companys A's stock will rise to reflect the valuation, either naturally or by disbursement etc.

Or Company B's stock will plummet to reflect a better valuation.

Therefore a strategy of going Long stock A and shorting stock B seems like a SURE thing!!!!!

What am i missing here is this not a once in a lifetime opportunity <VBG> ???
