They vaporized.. a comment here. i think that the committed internet investor will say that the winners and losers will get sorted out in due time and perhaps some of the disasters of the last couple of months is part of that process. they will say its 'healthy'. and yoo-hoo and flea-bay and aol have not vaporized. true, they are down a ton from their peaks but such investors will say that they've been sliced in half repeatedly only to skyrocket again. they will say we are in the early innings. i like reading the amazon thread to see what the internet players are saying and doing. and some victims of the net stocks will be convinced by their broker that they will be safer in sickso and dhell.

The NAZ went from 3000 to 3980 in a little over a week.Many were calling for a 50% re-tracement that would leave it at 3600 or so before the next leg up.It barely dipped below 3800 for any length of time before rebounding to 3875 Friday.All this in the shadow of the DOW falling about 300 points.So,sideways was stronger than many expected. Maybe you expected it to drop 500 points or go up another 500 points,I don't know what you were looking for.If you want sideways,take at look at gold or silver the past YEAR! Oh well...some convictions will never change. EDIT: Oh yes....forgot to mention...all of this when the V-A-S-T M-A-J-O-R-T-Y on this thread were calling for the NAZ to hit 2000 to 2500 " At Any Time Now "......... HO HO HO Howdy HO Lest WE Forget
