Mag, I agree with your point about great putters. Can anyone remember Jack dropping an important one on 18 on Sunday? NOPE. I cannot remember the stat, but Golf Magazine had a stat about Phil's putting performance. Looks like he has improved in that area and maybe it will hold up under pressure based on the confidence. Nice Open preview show on The Golf Channel. Looks like they have been reading this thread and have stolen our comments. Phil gets an extra long segment on why he has not won a major yet. Lehman had some nice things to say. RanDoM tHoughTs part 24,239. Does anyone like these Liquid Golf Dot Com commercials? I hate them and think they are full of boring stereotypes. Likewise for the new Rifle Shaft commercial with the dunk tank. If I have to watch this for the next month I may actually turn off The Golf Channel. I do like the new Callaway ball commercials, but I will never play their ball. Still love the Chipshot dot com commercial where the guy hits his buddy in the, well you know. That guy is a good actor. I still bust a gut when I see it and it must be 50 times now. Oh yea, I am easily entertained. I hope Woosnam wins in Wales. Always liked that guy. Talk about a simple swing, and I mean that in the most positive way. If you can keep it this simple I think a lot less can go wrong. He gets reasonable distance and he NEVER breaks a sweat. I sweat when I chip. Well hope everyone is playing good this week, and getting to play. I suck this week and need to put in some range time. 17 hours of Open coverage. Wonder when I am going to find time to play this coming weekend. Oh yea, I have a VRC. Keep swingin. TH
