re: DIGX and ICIX

Well, just competed some homework.

As near as i can figure: ICIX owns 42M shares out of 64M or 2/3 of DIGX valued at 2Bn plus.

ICIX has 53M shares outstanding and at $37 stock price has market cap of about 2Bn.

ICIX also has $1.3Bn in cash from the earlier divestiture of DIGX shares.

Seems like DIGX is way undervalued or DIGX is way overvalued.

There must be a way to play this for profit once the pricing becomes rational.
