excellent trading data for friday<<I just checked my level ii tech analy by: connick2_99 6/11/00 1:43 pm Msg: 27289 of 27294 for Friday's action. Of all the shares traded on Friday, 25,788,900 (78,452 trades to be exact) were "non-block" trades...only 1,009,800 (55 trades to be exact) were "block" trades. Know what that means? Virtually no institutions bought on Friday. Know what that means? Those that did buy earlier in the week will probably sell tomorrow. All of you who claimed that institutions were buying on Friday were sadly mistaken. Those analysts who referred to Friday's activity as retail madness based on rumor were absolutely right! >> max90
