Elmer,

Do you think that is the problem or do you think it is due to huge demand?

Can you quantify this? How many processors did Intel sell over last 4 to 6 quarters?

Joe

Hello Elmer,

Re: Do you think that is the problem or do you think it is due to huge demand? I think it is because of huge demand and I think Intel still isn't building enough even though they have 3 or 4 more new fabs in various stages of construction. The demand is that great.

Looks like it's "hats off time to Jerry Sanders". He had the foresight/insight to get Dresden going when he needed to in order to benifit from this great demand. Was AMD just lucky??? Was Intel just unlucky???

Re: Along with their blind allegiance to RMBS...

That's puzzled me too, what caused that to happen??? Was Intel just unlucky??? Was AMD just lucky???

Let's see now...maybe it's the workers...No...it can't be the workers...maybe it's management...

BTW, my mother always taught me that "Luck is where opportunity meet preparation".
