I am not talking about the technology itself. I am talking about the subject of this thread, the Stock Market Bubble, the willingness of people to pay absurdly high prices for companies that manufacture the technology.

It's hard to see what this has to do with George Bush and supermarket scanners. As a matter of fact, I was an owner of Symbol Technologies stock in its very early stages, when it was an obscure company and before scanners became common. it was selling at a reasonable P/E and its prospects looked very good to me.

I hope that I will never be so impolite as to tell you what you remind me of.
