Let me enlighten you. I suggest you all listen to the replay of the latest quarter's conference call. Gross margins would have actually improved to over 30% had it not been for the one returned tool. Most importantly, in the company's own summary statements they acknowledge that they are losing bids due to other companies opting for less risk aversion when selecting their vendors. The company states on teh conference call that they are attempting to remedy this situation by pursuing "partnerships and OTHER ALTERNATIVES" and that as always shareholder value is of their utmost concern. Come on people..the lightbulb will come on in this room eventually!!
