As LastShadow said, IQC/RT can be used intraday, but it can also be used for longer term analysis as well. You can bring up chart for any stock symbol in daily, weekly, monthly, 1,5,15,30, or 60 minutes time frames. There is a good supply of technical indicators to choose from. It also offers a good scan facility, whereby you can scan for stocks with a variety of technical and fundamental criteria. There is no back testing feature. All charts are updated on a one minute basis. I find that it costs about as much as the data alone was costing for ProTA. There are several bugs in the Mac version. But for the Mac, I find that there is nothing else out there that even comes close to competing for the price. I've tried other PC programs using Virtual PC, but I prefer to work in a total Mac environment.

Hope this helps.
