Maybe they can't file because they keep on changing their plans. Must be hard for SEC to verify company statements if by the time they receive them there's another venture in the works. Reminds me of my kids at X-mas trying to play with all their toys at once and a week later have nothing to do.

On a happier note, if I remember correctly, April was a special month for you. Belated congratulations, hope everyone is happy and healthy.
