<<<Non-PC appliances are the wave of the future
Devices offer services without the complexities>>
Talk.talk. talk. Those sales people are all alike.

OK, so where do we put the dual speakers, scanner,Fax/printer, paper, stack of CD's, digital cammera, floppies, manuals, and mic. Set them on the sink next to the noisy wet dishwasher?
Of course these new devices are proliferating,
and perhaps someone will make money building them, but to say they will displace the PC is like saying we won't need a car because we can buy a set of powered roller-skates to go out and get the mail.
Thinking that Dell is missing something by not building them at this time is false, as we have just read Dell needs more plants and people just to keep up with
orders and services.
To look on the positive side, Dell can sell them on direct as they do HP and Zerox printers, Kodak cameras, speakers and all. Make 2% or 3% with minimal investment. More efficient the direct way(G)
