Must be a matter of perspective. I feel like there are more comments supportive of Microsoft than before. People are even starting to call Sun, $un, the same kind of bias that previously has been reserved for Microsoft.

As far as emboldened masses, I don't think anyone said they were ever afraid. Did they?

You seem to have concluded that the appeal's case is strictly a formality to TPJ's and DOJ conclusions.
