Ken, I'm sorry you sold SUNW, but I wish you luck on your choice.

The article you pointed to was discussed on Sqwark Box this morning. Joe Battapaglia basically said he disagrees with the conclusions because his analysis looks at fundamentals while the Dow Theory does not. He pointed to WHY the transports have failed to reach new highs, WHY steel has declined over the decade, and WHY his fundamental analysis shows technology will lead the market which will continue to grow.

He sees the fed not raising rates this month and technology coming out the winner.

I see this as a great opportunity for the long term investor to BUY SUNW that IMO is now the unquestioned leader for the future of computing. MSFT has become a pitiful bunch of has beens who can't spell R-E-S-P-E-C-T. (Taken from Cramers Street.Com article today). Shareholders shouldn't be looking to waste time and money challenging the court decision but rather how to put together a NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM. Gates deserves the Gate, and Ballmer needs to grow up.

All the best,
Michael
