And I don't have a clue what your point is either. Back to the start: With any early revisions, performance is unlikely to be optimised. So while there is no direct software to take advantage of RDRAM, you have to consider the whole concept of an RDRAM based PC and how u compare it with a PC built around components (some of which can benefit from optimised drivers) that have been available for some time. There seems to be some implication of a missing link there, some mysterious software that will actually make bs-ram look better that conventional alternatives. What exactly, is the "whole concept of an RDRAM based PC", anyway? Enquiring minds want to know! Or are you just doing your own little part to keep the BS in RMBS? Cheers, Dan.
